Gift certificates can be redeemed at any Individual Kneads location. The only difference between the two above selections is the location address that will be printed on the gift certificate.

All gift certificates will be emailed to your recipient(s) or printed by the purchaser. All gift certificates expire after one year from purchase date. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used for services. Gift certificates will not be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates must be present at time of your service, as well as referenced while making your appointment online. No other discounts will be applied to services when redeeming or purchasing discounted gift certificates. Gift certificates may be redeemed at either location - despite address printed on the certificate. To redeem gift certificates at the NetApp - NetFitness location, you must be a NetApp employee or a paid gym member. The Gold's Gym location is open to the public, no membership required.
